Gracious Chicken Salad

Deboned and Chopped Rotisserie
Chicken Breasts, Thighs, and Legs

2 Cups Halved Red and White
Seedless Grapes

½ Cup Chopped Pecans

1 Tbs. Mustard

½ Cup Mayonnaise

½ Cup Sour Cream

2 Stalks Scallions Sliced

1 Tsp. Pepper

1 Tsp. Salt

2 Tbs. Sugar


Stir together mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Add chicken, grapes, and scallions, stir gently. Cover and refrigerate for an hour. Fold in pecans prior to serving.
