Philadelphia native Raphael Baker is emerging as a force to be reckoned with. In addition to being Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Rags ‘N’ Riches Magazine, he also wears many other hats. For the past four years, Raphael has been a licensed insurance agent. He is also a writer, singer, mentor and political activist. In addition to his business endeavors, he still finds time to give back to his community. He has done work with AmeriCorps, United Way and Girl Talk Foundation, Inc. and is in the preliminary stages of starting his own non-profit.

Diaz Allen is a graduate of N.C. A&T State University, where he earned a B.A. in Visual Arts. He has cultivated his talents through careers in sales, finance, and design. As a gifted artist, his work has been featured in exhibitions in galleries across the country. In addition to serving as the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Rags 'N' Riches Magazine, Diaz is also building his design consulting business, Diaz Allen Designs, with aspirations of becoming a familiar world-wide brand.
